A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across financial services, business services and technology industries, Mike has a proven track record in leading the monetization efforts of portfolio companies that result in business growth.
As Momentive Software’s CEO, Mike will guide the company through its next phase of growth. He plays an active role in the company’s day-to-day operations that is anchored by a dedication to employees and customers, and a commitment to software innovation that drives growth for mission-oriented organizations and accelerates lasting social change across their communities. Mike was formerly CFO of the company and transitioned to CEO in conjunction with the company’s recent acquisition by TA Associates.
Prior to joining Momentive Software, Mike held CFO roles at many industry -leading companies, including electrical services company, Shermco Industries, specialty equipment rental provider, Bakercorp, and Mortgage Contracting Services. Additionally, he previously served as CFO at Stream Global Services and helped guide the $1B company to over 30% revenue growth and EBITDA by over 70% during his tenure.
Mike is passionate about teamwork, innovative thinking, and a champion of change that results in better business and customer outcomes. With a skillset that encompasses extensive risk management, domestic and international tax, treasury and capital markets intricacies and investor relations, Mike has played a crucial role in dozens of successful acquisitions and dispositions, from early-stage prospecting to closing and through full integration.
Mike is GE Six Sigma Trained and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Olaf college and master’s degree in accounting and finance from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Mike is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Ducks Unlimited Association and lives in Dallas where he supports Feed My Starving Children and American Lab Rescue.

As Momentive Software’s Chief Operating Officer, Mike looks for ways to enhance business processes to improve customer experience and fuel business growth. He prioritizes employee engagement and customer retention by promoting alignment, trust and collaboration across teams while seeking new ways to deliver even more value to customers.
Prior to joining Momentive Software, Mike served as senior director, consumer and business banking enablement at TCF Bank where he led customer facing and business operations teams following M&A activity and resulted in improved operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Prior to this, Mike held business operations leadership roles at healthcare technology service provider, nThrive, Stream Global Services and HCM software provider, Ceridian Corporation (now Dayforce) and GE Capital.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and information management from the University of North Dakota.

As Momentive’s Chief of Staff, Jay focuses on establishing a smooth execution of the corporate vision and priorities, with an emphasis on ensuring the overall performance and effectiveness of functional areas across the company align to support business goals.
Prior to joining Momentive, Greaves served as a business transformation consultant, helping organizations successfully navigate business strategy change through alignment and optimization of people, processes and technology. He also held leadership roles at SaaS solution provider, isolved, and HCM solution provider, Ceridian (now Dayforce) where he played a vital role navigating the company through a successful IPO. Prior to Ceridian, Jay held leadership positions across several divisions of Delta Air Lines, where he also served as an enterprise change coach.
Jay holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science & business from Oglethorpe University.
Jay is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he supports the work of Open Hand and Chris180.

Joe is a seasoned technology sales leader with over three decades of direct sales and executive management experience that have resulted in successful global business expansion.
As Momentive’s Chief Revenue Officer, Joe leads a collaborative global sales team focused on accelerating business growth and increasing customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Prior to joining Momentive, Joe served as Chief Revenue Officer at edtech company, Anthology, where he led the global sales team that encompassed CSM’s, Solutions, Channel, Biz Gov, Marketing, Rev Ops and solution architects. He also held executive sales leadership roles at edtech provider, Ellucian, identification and traceability platform provider, Systech, talent and recruiting software provider, PeopleFluent, and enterprise cloud solution provider, Workday.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and is an active member of The Council for Advancement and Support of Education, and EdTech Startups.
A die-hard New England sports fan who spent most of his adult life in the Boston area, Joe and his family currently split their time between Sarasota, Florida and Greensboro, GA.

Matt is a dynamic and results-driven finance executive with extensive experience in SEC filings, global consolidations, and transaction services that result in optimal gain. He has a proven track record of leading quality of earnings preparations, executing complex transition service agreements, and guiding successful carve-out financial strategies.
As Momentive’s Chief Financial Officer, Matt oversees the global financial operations and incorporates risk assessment to ensure the company's financial health and strategy aligns with organizational goals.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Matt was Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting where he tapped his expert skill set in business combinations, discontinued operations, and strategic financial planning to drive efficiency and accuracy across the company’s global locations. Before joining Momentive, Matt was Director of Finance - ECommerce at financial and technology services provider, Fiserv, where he formulated income statements and key performance indicators for a $500 million revenue -generating product portfolio. Prior to Fiserv, Matt held executive finance and accounting leadership positions at medical device provider, SPS, home building company, Pulte Group, and US Security Associates.
Matt is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in Big 4 audit processes. He holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business.
Matt lives in Tampa, Florida and is a dedicated family man who values quality time with loved ones. He relishes spending family time at Disney World and can also be found most weekends passionately coaching his children’s sports teams.

Dustin is a software technology leader with a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver disruptive product innovation to the market. He excels at building, leading and transforming global products and technology portfolios to support business objectives and customer growth.
As Momentive’s Chief Product & Development Officer, Dustin leads a global team dedicated to driving product innovation and building visionary roadmaps that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Before joining Momentive, Dustin served as Chief Technology Officer and most recently held the Chief Operating Officer role at OnSolve, where he directed the product strategy and development for the company's market-leading critical event management solutions. It also included leading fast-growing, global R&D and support teams. Prior to OnSolve, Dustin held product leadership positions at Honeywell, JDA Software (now known as Blue Yonder), RedPrairie and Teklynx.
Dustin holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Dustin lives in Atlanta where he can be found supporting the many activities his kids are involved in as well as perusing the local car show scene. Dustin supports his school PTA and Foundation activities along with JDRF.

Dennis has years of experience implementing financial strategies for technology companies and scouting potential acquisitions to drive company growth and profitability.
As Momentive’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Dennis identifies strategic M&A opportunities aimed at expanding the company's market visibility and delivering move value through solutions delivered to customers via strategic business combinations.
Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Dennis was Executive Vice President, Finance where he oversaw the strategic financial planning, treasury operations, and business analytics for the company. He played a vital role in shaping Momentive’s financial strategy and ensuring key financial decisions aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives to fuel organizational growth.
Prior to Momentive, Dennis led the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function at enterprise member management software provider, Aptify, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s successful acquisition by Momentive. Prior to Aptify, Dennis held financial roles with security software provider, Forcepoint and Raytheon where he began his career within the company’s Finance Leadership Development Program.
Dennis holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arizona.
Dennis lives outside of Washington DC and is an active member of the Reston Bike Club. He is also a die-hard fan of all Washington sports teams.

Vice President, Global HR, Momentive Software (formerly Community Brands)
Joe is a seasoned HR and compensation leader with deep expertise in guiding companies through talent development strategies, employee response to change management, compensation strategies and broader HR business processes.
As Momentive’s Global HR lead, Joe oversees the company’s global HR operations, including developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, managing talent acquisition and retention, and developing employee advocate strategies to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Before joining Momentive, Joe was part of the HR leadership team at TwentyEighty, a global workforce training and learning services provider. When TwentyEighty was acquired by the multinational organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry, Joe became the Senior HR Director for the newly-created Korn Ferry Digital and was part a steering team member responsible for integrating over 500 newly acquired employees. He has also worked for SHL, a leading talent assessment company that was part of CEB (now Gartner).
Joe is a graduate of Emerson College and lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is actively involved in multiple charities, including OutFront Minnesota, Second Harvest Heartland, and the Winter Closet Foundation.

Kristen is a seasoned attorney and trusted legal advisor with over 25 years of experience helping companies drive revenue while simultaneously managing risk. With a legal skillset that spans decades of both inside and outside counsel practice, Kristen has a successful history of bridging the gap between corporate legal departments and administrative and functional teams, using a collaborative approach to address and resolve business challenges.
As Momentive’s General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Kristen oversees all company legal matters and provides guidance to ensure legal and corporate risks are identified and managed effectively.
Prior to joining Momentive, Kristen served as Senior Corporate Counsel for corporate payments provider Corpay, Inc. (formerly FLEETCOR Technologies). Prior to Corpay, Kristen served as Corporate Counsel for digital payments software provider Payouts Network, Inc., with oversight of all legal matters, including customer and partner agreements, trademark registration and maintenance, payment card network contracting, compliance matters, litigation management, and M&A activity.
Kristen is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and The University of Tennessee College of Law, both cum laude.
Kristen is an urban gardener, a cheesemaker, and a mentor with Better Decisions, a non-profit organization equipping incarcerated and at-risk women with decision-making strategies shared through curriculum and one-on-one counseling. She lives with her family in Nashville, Tennessee, and frequently can be found attending a show at one of the city’s live music venues.
